Pet Policy

We welcome dogs and cats up to 50 lbs. One-time non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit. Breed restrictions apply: American Pitbull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, German Shepherd or any mix thereof are not allowed.

We’re a pet‑friendly community and we’re happy to welcome your cats and dogs. Breed and weight restrictions may apply; please contact the leasing office for details. You can have up to 2 pets per apartment. There is a one‑time, non‑refundable pet fee of $350 and monthly pet rent is $50.
